* According to the law, information on restricted customers under aggravated circumstances does not include:

1. Restricted customers under aggravated circumstances with restrictions imposed by the courts in the course of bankruptcy proceedings, execution proceedings, or by the Rabbinic Courts.

2. Customers who have appealed the restriction to the Magistrates' Court.

3. Customers within 60 days of receiving notice of the restriction.

4. The information on restricted customers under aggravated circumstances does not include foreign residents with limitations on their passport number.
